Welcome. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re looking for some support, guidance, or healing. There’s often a reason we reach this point, seeking something more. My role is to walk alongside you, offering a safe space to explore what you’re experiencing and to see what might help you move forward.
I believe that healing comes from integrating the body, mind, and soul. This is why I offer Integral Therapy, an approach that incorporates:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) – addressing the body, brain, and energy system.
TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) – focusing on the body’s ability to release stored tension and resetting the nervous system.
Reiki – providing energetic nourishment and balance.
Brainspotting – working with the brain’s neural pathways to process and heal.
In our sessions, I will usually blend these therapies to create a personalised approach that honours your needs and preferences. Together, we will navigate this path toward healing at a pace that feels right for you and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Taking healing into your own hands can be difficult when you don't know where to begin - in our therapy sessions I incorporate a variety of modalities, including EFT, TRE, Brain Spotting and Reiki, tailored to your unique system. I work with you and your system, ensuring that each session may be structured at the right pace and incorporate the methods attuned to your innate healing capacity. We’ll create a collaborative approach, honouring your choices and preferences as we embark on this healing path. Each form of therapy can also be used as a self-help tool, empowering you to be able to utilise them whenever you require them. Therapy should be accessible to all, and once these techniques are learned, you can use them on yourself for free!
